3. Registration and Enrollment

3.1 Eligibility

Participants must meet the age and skill requirements for their chosen program. Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for participants under 18 years of age.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including emergency contact details and any medical conditions that may affect participation.

3.3 Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and completion of all required forms.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. Current pricing is available on our website or by contacting us directly.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments. Payment must be made in full before the start of the program unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension from training sessions until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Participant

Participants may cancel their enrollment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refunds.

5.2 Cancellation by Legacy Ball Goals

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Medical Disclosure

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely. Failure to disclose such information may result in dismissal without refund.

6.2 Insurance

While we maintain liability insurance, participants are encouraged to have their own personal accident and medical insurance.

6.3 Risk Acknowledgment

Football is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to:

• Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect
• Follow all safety rules and instructions from coaches
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
• Refrain from using abusive language or engaging in violent behavior
• Respect academy property and facilities

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Photography and Media

We may take photographs and videos during training sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you wish to opt-out, please notify us in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the property of Legacy Ball Goals and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Ball Goals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Ball Goals, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our programs or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms
